چکیده:

Present research was conducted in order to review the relationship between knowledge management and learner organizations of milk company personnel in 2011-2012. The research method is the correlation one. The statistical universe of the research included all personnel of milk company (N=120). The sample size was estimated N=80 according to Morgan table. The number was chosen as random among the statistical universe. Data collecting instrument was Leekert five degree scolar-made questionarie. The validity of present research and learner organizations questionarie was %81. The collected data was used through descriptive statistics methods such as frequency percent, histogram, mean, standard deviation and the deductive statistics tests and person correlation test which is analyzed through SPSS statistical softwares. The results showed there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and learner organizations of milk company.(The results of Peerson correlation test showed the independent variable components, the components of human resources, strategy, information technology (IT) have respectively more share to predicate the dependent variable comparing to other components). As a whole, there was seen a significant difference between subjects response in knowledge management dimension according to age, gender, education, years of service of milk company.
